My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and not-so-great experiences. The rooms offered a lovely view of the park and were spacious with fantastic amenities, but they felt a bit cramped and not ideal for spending extended time. The staff was extraordinarily pleasant and helpful, particularly at the reception, but they were not flexible for residents. The location was excellent for the Congress Centre but a bit out of the way for exploring the rest of the city. The dining experience was overall good, and the hotel's facilities were up to the standard expected. However, breakfast on the first morning was below expectations.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with its great location near the river and plenty of bars and restaurants around. The rooms were filled with delightful extras and located in a peaceful zone on the 6th floor, but there were some issues with the billing process. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Federica, who was incredibly nice and professional.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms left a lot to be desired, but the staff, especially Baptiste, our waiter, was superb. The location was convenient for events at The Lyon Convention Centre, but not ideal for tourism. The dining experience was a bit of a shambles every morning, even though the breakfast had some good selections. Despite some downfalls, we did appreciate the quiet zone on the 6th floor and the easy access to one of our rooms after a long journey.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms overlooked a square and the beautiful Tête d'Or park, which was lovely, but being on the first floor felt a bit exposed. The staff were helpful with arranging reservations and directions, but there was an issue with an unexpected charge on my credit card. However, their care for guest happiness was evident, even providing a welcome bowl for my dog.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were fresh, well-decorated, and made good use of the terrace with clean chairs and a table ready for use, but some furniture was broken, the TV didn't work, and there were issues with chipped furniture, a moldy bathroom, and heavily stained carpet. The room size was around 30sqm, and it took about an hour for the room to be ready for check-in.
